A proposal allowance is the total number of proposals you can have in your account. For example, the Plus Plan allows you to have a total of 250 active proposals in your account at any given time.
Users are members of your team or staff that can create proposals in your account. There are different levels of user permissions that you can grant each user as well.
File storage allows you to record videos using your webcam, as well as upload files, documents, pictures and audio to your account. The higher your plan, the more storage is included. If you ever run out of space you can upgrade your plan.

No. ProposalApp™ is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long-term contracts. You simply pay month-to-month. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We currently do not accept payments via PayPal. We only accept payments online so we will not be able to invoice you or take an order over the phone.
